   Aereon-Creations processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of certain personal data we process:

   – First and last name (if necessary, or self supplied)
   – Address data (if necessary, or self supplied)
   – Telephone number (if necessary, or self supplied)
   – E-mail address (if necessary, or self supplied)
   – Other personal data (if necessary, or self-supplied) that you actively provide, for example in (Mail) correspondence and by telephone
   – Data about your activities on our website (if necessary, or self-supplied)
   – Certain bank details with regard to an order placed (if necessary, or self-supplied)

   Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
   Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities in order to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us using the contact form , and we will delete this information.

   For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
   Aereon-Creations processes your personal data for the following purposes:
   – To handle your reservation and payment
   – To call or e-mail you if this is necessary to carry out our activities
   – To inform you about changes or additions to our program

   Automated decision-making
   Aereon-Creations does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that can have (significant) consequences for individuals. These decisions are made by computer programs or systems, without the presence of a human being (e.g. an employee).

   Sharing personal data with third parties
   Aereon-Creations only provides information to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
   Furthermore, data is shared with external processors such as the booking system via iDEAL, email addresses to Mailchimp for the purpose of sending newsletters.

   Cookies are placed on this website by third parties.
   A cookie is placed by the Newsletter formatting program Mailchimp to effect newsletter subscriptions.
   Aereon-Creations has entered into a processing agreement with Mailchimp.

   Edit/unsubscribe newsletter service
   At the bottom of each mailing you will find the option to modify your information or to unsubscribe.

   View, modify or delete (or have deleted) data
   You have the right to view, correct or delete (or have deleted) your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Aereon-Creations and you have the right to data portability.
   This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to our contact form.

   To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.

   We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
